Miss Lubao
Angela Fernando, a senior student from the University of Santo Tomas taking up BS Medical Technology. She is under John De La Vega (the man behind the beauties of Czarina Gatbonton and Daisy Reyes (both Bb. Pilipinas World Winners). She will be representing her hometown Pampanga in upcoming Miss Philippines Earth 2010. She was a finalist in Miss Teen Philippines few years ago and she is also considered as one of the best Miss Thomasian Personality winners (Miss UST). She has done a lot modeling stints as well as hosting jobs for she is one of the resident hosts of the annual USTv Awards. She stands 5'8".
